Participating in this program has helped me let go of rigid classroom rules. I reflected on my past conventional expectations for learning and tried to offer young children multiple choices. I found that they can stay attentive without having to sit still! The training also taught me various learning techniques, which I have successfully applied in the classroom.

The training class on "home-school collaboration" left a deep impression on me, prompting me to reflect on our daily work in caring for young children. We may overlook the parenting pressures faced by parents. The class reminded us to empathise with parents, engage in more conversations with them, and show concern for their needs. This helps build a good relationship, making them more willing to collaborate and share with us.

Through training and teaching practice, I have experienced the limitless possibilities of classroom learning. From activities previously arranged by teachers to allowing young children to lead and design their own, I have witnessed an increase in children's engagement in classroom activities, making learning more enjoyable.

Teachers often provide diverse support for students with learning needs. However, if they fail to truly understand their students' real needs, what consequences might this have for those students?
