Collection Purpose
We may collect certain personal information from you when you enquire, apply or register through a form on the website.
In doing so, we ensure that all staff involved in handling personal data comply with the strictest standards of security and confidentiality. Personal data may include name, telephone number, mailing address, e-mail address and other personal information.

Under the Jockey Club 'Spark & Spot' Project, we may disclose and / or transfer your personal data to our partnering NGO organisations for administrative support purposes. Your personal data may be disclosed and / or transferred to government departments and agencies and other third-party service providers (including without limitation lawyers, accountants, and other third-party service providers who provide administrative support to us for operation purpose) as permitted or required by law.
The Project does not sell, rent or trade your Personal Information to any third-parties except as required by law or permitted under the Privacy Ordinance.
